The Space

STORY LAND is a membership based studio for writers, designers,coders, students, artists and other creatives, open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our masterfully designed space resides in the two center bays of 1202 E. Broadway, a former Midas Muffler shop that was purchased by architect Paul Weiner and two partners in 2004, and retrofitted to become their offices.

The 2,500 square foot space includes a variety of work spaces: the ground floor has an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting and a loft with more enclosed, no line of sight seating areas. The wooden tabletops have been reconfigured, repurposed and recycled for current use.

Amenities included with membership are: a quiet place to sit and write, free coffee/tea beverage bar, separate break room, a reserve-able "deadline" room, conference room, a soundproof "phone booth, reading niche, printer and high speed Wi-Fi.
